Stress free contracting. As a Realtor of 20 years, I have helped my clients work on numerous remodeling jobs and have vetted many contractors through the years. I have worked with Rick on client projects for the last few years, and his professionalism always impressed me. So when it came time to do my own full house remodel on a rental property that I own...Rick was the man for the job. To be fair, Rick’s bid will probably not be the lowest if you receive more than one. However, let me speak from experience when I explain why Rick is worth it. He has amazing pride in workmanship. He is meticulous and tags items for revision before I ever had to point them out. He has excellent taste. In a large project, there is always a list of items that simply don’t occur to the owner until they are addressed in progress. Rick was on top of all the aesthetic decisions and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. He made excellent suggestions and worked with the vision my designer and I had created. He is extremely available and communicative. I can’t stress this enough. In this industry, this is a rare quality. He does accurate accounting. You never have to worry about what you are being billed for or what has been covered. He is very transparent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rick or his company to any of my clients. And I will definitely use his contracting services again in the future.
